Returns

We’re sure you’ll love your order from Shea Mooti, however if in the unlikely event you need to return your order we operate a ‘no quibble’ returns policy.  Please keep the order with the original packaging, in the condition it was received, unused and notify Shea Mooti of your returns via e-mail: sales@sheamooti.com within 7 days from receipt of the products for a refund or exchange.

It is your responsibility to return items to us.  We recommend recorded delivery or Royal Mail special delivery. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned. Please include your delivery note or copy of your email invoice and send in appropriate packaging. All products must be returned within 14 days of receipt in original packaging.

Refunds will be made to the card that was used in the original purchase or a cheque made payable to the cardholder if the card is no longer valid.
